Use the bulletin board letters to let students manipulate them to make words or practice abc order.
When they can see it...in a variety of ways...it makes it easier.
"Oh boy, you made that harder! The first TWO letters are the same!"
Getting ready to jump into the next grade brings a variety of different things you can do with letters.
"Hey, I am using your son's board!" Yes, and he did all the hard work just like you are doing! "And he is all grown up now?" Yes...cue the tears.
