If you get a chance...mentor someone

Think about all the people who have poured into your life.  What have you learned?  How have you learned?  Where have you learned?  From whom have you learned?  

Take what you have learned and share it with someone just starting out in the field of education.  Don't expect people to do exactly what you do.  Share the good, the bad, and the ugly.
