The year I subbed junior high and high school English class for two months in the afternoon

I taught Kindergarten in the morning, ate lunch, and then spent the afternoon with the big kids!  It was fun for me and a relief to them.  They were frustrated with multiple substitutes and scope and sequence needed consistency!  I got everything back on track...grades caught up, make up work made up, and actual teaching took place to prep all grades for the writing process.  It was a challenge...and very tiring!  It was hard to turn it back over to their teacher...but alas...I had to...the Kindergarten program and graduation was looming large!
